Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges:
Wrong sizing returns will only be issued store credit. When a return label is issued for incorrect sizing on an item, it must be mailed out within a week of the label being issued. This is to ensure the item was not worn & is returned in brand new condition.
Damaged items will be refunded on a case by case basis or issued store credit.
Customs are non-refundable. Pre order items are ordered for you specifically by your order & refunds will not be given for items that are only ordered for you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
No refunds will be issued/offered for items that are not yet sent out but are within their specified turn around time. Turn around times are stated on each product in their listing upon purchase.
